Abstract
I led the discovery, audit, improvement proposal, and redesign phases for a data-intensive operational platform used by operators at electric power companies.
The audit was structured in phases: discovery → findings → prioritization by impact/effort → recommendations. I combined heuristic evaluation (Nielsen), WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines, and ticket supports as evidence to lay the foundation for the redesign.
